Anthony Salzman

President

Anthony D. Salzman is an American businessman who helped setup the American Chamber of Commerce in Hanoi, Vietnam. He advocated for lifting the U.S. trade Embargo against Vietnam (1994), the U.S.-Vietnam Bilateral Trade Agreement that was signed in 2001.

Ruby Shang

Special Advisor

Ruby Shang, educated at Brown University, former performer with the Paul Taylor Dance Company and member of the dance faculties of The Juilliard School, and the New York University Tisch School of the Arts, is special advisor and board member. She has significant experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on philanthropy in Asia.

Gautam Ramnath

Executive Director

Gautam joined the ICM Falk Foundation as its Executive Director in 2019 to build on its progress towards a private operating foundation and in driving its portfolio towards a more strategic and systematic level of impact. A seasoned executive with over 20 years of non-for-profit management experience.

Son Nguyen Truong

Programs and Operations

Son Nguyen Truong joined the ICM Falk Foundation in 2018 and manages various aspects of its portfolio, from operations, management, programming to strategy and Board management. Son strongly believes in the Foundations new strategy and mission towards sustained impact through innovation and public-private partnerships

Pham Kim Phung

Programs and Operations

Mrs. Pham Kim Phung is in charge of implementing the Foundation’s on the ground initiatives including setting up programs and liaising with central and regional authorities as well as foreign governments.

Malena Ramnath

Communications and Marketing

Malena Ramnath is currently a student at Northwestern University pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. She joined ICM Falk Foundation in 2019 as the technology consultant, following her previous experience with graphic design and website creation with Givo@SAS. Her former positions include research assistant at the Lee Kong Chian School of Experimental Medicine in Singapore, and at Asia Philanthropy Circle.
